Collegiate Registration

  • Early registration by November 3

    • $150

  • Late registration November 4 - January 5

    • $180

Alumni Registration

  • Early registration by November 3

    • $180

  • Late registration November 4- January 5

    • $210

Banquet Only

  • $90

Notes:

  • Full conference registration includes breakfast, lunch, dinner banquet, and CE track (for alumni)

How to Register

​

Please keep in mind that registration is a two step process:

​

  1. Please fill out the Google RSVP Form below to let us know that you will be attending. If any issues occur please send an email to Tim Dang at wvc@uscphideltachi.org and we will send you an emailed form. 

  2. After filling out the form please submit payment for registration. Please refer to additional payment steps in payment section below.

2. Please submit your payment for registration (two options)

 

1. ONLINE  

  • Venmo (Preferred Method): @USC-PDC

  • PayPal: omicronwkf@gmail.com. Registrants who are paying with this option are encouraged to use the "Friend" payment through PayPal to avoid additional cost to offset the service fee.

2. By MAIL

  • Checks must be postmarked by November 3rd, 2017 to receive early bird pricing

  • If you would like to make a donation, please write on the check the amount you are donating. If the total does not match the expected registration price and no donation was clarified, we will contact you to clarify.

  • All checks for regular registration must be postmarked by January 5th, 2018
